FAQ

I meet with clients through a fully online practice. Sessions take place in a HIPAA-compliant Zoom room, making therapy accessible and convenient. You’re welcome to show up just as you are – comfy clothes, cozy couch included.

The length of therapy is unique to each individual. Some people come in with a specific concern and choose to pause or end sessions once they feel complete. More often, as clients begin to feel better and gain insight, they decide to continue therapy to support ongoing growth and deeper healing.

Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes. For those engaged in Internal Family Systems (IFS) work, 80-minute sessions are also available, allowing more time for depth and a greater sense of completion.

No. While I have extensive experience working with families, children, and adolescents, my current practice is focused on individual therapy and in-person group retreats held in Taos, New Mexico.

I use a secure therapy platform where you can sign required forms, receive session reminders, make payments and access an invoice that may be downloaded as a superbill to be sent to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
