Through the guided process of getting to know your parts, you will begin to know yourself in new and, at times, delightful ways.
As you are guided to witness and identify your parts, you will be surprised by the unique energy, images, and impressions that each part reveals to your witnessing Self. Most parts correlate with
feelings, sensations, and energy found in the body.
We will become quiet together, and I will guide you in identifying sensations, feelings, impressions, and images that will emerge from your unique inner landscape.
This is the initial step toward getting to know your parts and helping them heal.

As a seasoned and experienced therapist, I have much to offer other therapists and healers.
I enjoy working with a diverse group of healers from various modalities in my practice.

Life is extremely challenging, at times. It is my scared honor to hold space for you, your parts and their stories, walk beside you on your unique journey, and do what I can to be of service toward your greatest healing.
Relationship with Self and Others is both the crucible for growth as well as the support that gives us wings to fly.
As our wounds often happen within the context of relationship, it is in safe relationship where we can do our deepest healing.
With over 30 years of therapy practice under my belt and a lifetime of inner work and Self-inquiry, I bring a wealth of wisdom and guidance, as well as a strong capacity to hold space for the transformation you seek.

In my spare time, I renew through authentic, freestyle dance, in community, express my inner life in an art journal, sing in the shower, or theatrically expressing my feelings or thoughts loudly in the car or when no one else is home.
I love being outside with my bare feet on the ground, listening to the sounds of nature, feeling the warmth of the sun on my skin, walking my dog in the mountains, staying connected with friends, and having meals with family.
